With an impressive track record, Dr. Beilin has made significant contributions to the field through clinical publications, teaching courses, speaking during congresses, and consultancy in research and new technologies. Dr. Beilin has authored the book “The light that rejuvenates your face” and has published articles in renowned journals such as the “Journal of Cosmetic and Laser Therapy” and the “Journal de médecine esthétique et de chirurgie dermatologique”.

Dr Beilin was student of Dr. Pistor, pioneering founder of Mesotherapy technique and International Trainer.

As a professor, Dr. Beilin has taught in prestigious institutions including Hospital Cochin, Paris V (Evaluation and control of volume and injection techniques in dermatology and plastic surgery), Saint Antoine (Hand Surgery), and Paris VI (hair and head scalp).
Dr Beilin is co-founder of the first Dissection E-Masterclass on Anatomy at the Paris Faculty of Medicine where she teaches undergraduate medical student doctors on cadaver dissection and training sessions for Masterclasses.
She has also co-founded of the “Mega Hands” Conference in Paris, and SECLARM (Swiss European Congress of Longevity, Aesthetic & Regenerative Medicine) in Geneva, Switzerland

Dr. Beilin has also been a distinguished speaker at various international conferences and congresses, sharing expertise in aesthetic medicine at events such as IMCAS, AMWC, DERMASTIC, SFME, FACE, 5CC, and AAAMC held in multiple countries including France, Monaco, Russia, Morocco, Italy, Spain, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Algeria, and the UAE.

Dr. Beilin’s influence extends beyond academia and teaching. Dr. Beilin has played a significant role in lobbyism efforts, successfully leading the suspension of the decree that prohibited non-surgical lipolysis in France. Furthermore, Dr. Beilin has been actively involved in research and development as a top-reference scientific adviser and trainer.

Dr. Beilin has introduced various cutting-edge technologies and treatments in the field of aesthetic medicine, working with leading companies and brands such as Palomar (now Hologic), Pollogen, BTL, DEKA/Asklepion, Cosmosoft, Storz-Promo Italia, LPG Systems, Galderma-Q-Med, Croma, Filorga, Merz France, Sinclair, and many others.

Dr Beilin is Vice-President of the French Medical Aesthetics Trade Association SNME (Syndicat National de Médecine Esthétique). She also was President of ESAAM (European Society of Anti Aging and regenerative Medecine ) until 2021 and is Honorary Board Member since 2022.

With her comprehensive network and expertise, Dr. Beilin serves on scientific committees and advisory boards for esteemed institutions and organizations worldwide, including Hôpital Franco Emirien in Abu Dhabi, Merano Henri Chenot Medical Spa in Italy, Medical Spa Xixuan in Hangzhou, China, Aptos Lifting Threads Scientific Committee in Georgia, RegenLab SA in Switzerland and in Long Island New York, amongst others. Dr. Beilin is also a co-founder of the first laser center in Paris, the Centre Laser Niel.

Dr. Beilin has collaborated with prominent companies such as L’Oréal, Lysedia, SkinCeuticals, and Mesoestetic, contributing to their research and development efforts. Dr. Beilin’s involvement in nutraceuticals includes partnerships with Oligo Santé, Nutergia, and Insudiet.

Dr. Beilin’s extensive knowledge, expertise, and involvement in scientific committees, research, teaching, and the introduction of innovative technologies have solidified her position as a highly respected and influential figure in the field of European Medical Aesthetics.

He completed his primary studies at Liceo Frances of Barcelona and pursued his medical education at Central University of Barcelona, graduating in 1987. Throughout his studies, he worked as a surgeon assistant on a Maxillo Facial team, gaining valuable practical experience.
Dr. Beut undertook specialty studies in Plastic Reconstructive Surgery with a first focus on Hand reconstruction at the Department chaired by Prof. Morelli in Italy from 1987 to 1992. This further honed his skills and knowledge in this highly demanding precision medicine field.

His commitment to continuous learning led him to pursue various graduate training opportunities around the world. He attended the University BRNO under the guidance of Prof. Barinka in 1989. From 1993 to 1995, he trained at the University of Dallas South Western, working with its Vice-Chairman Prof. Steve Byrd. In 1998, he pursued training at the University of Irvine, California with Prof. David Furnas. Additionally, he collaborated with Prof. Glenn Jelks at the University of New York and Manhattan Ear Throat Hospital from 1993 to 2007.

Dr. Beut has also made significant contributions as a visiting professor, sharing his expertise and knowledge with students and medical professionals. He served as a visiting professor at the University Palma de Mallorca in 1998, teaching within a Cosmetic and Surgical University Master. Since 1989, he has been a consultant and teacher at the Wamba Hospital in Kenya for a month or more per year. He has also been associated with Stanford University, California since 2008, where he is involved in the “Surg102 International Health Opportunities” and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department. Dr. Beut has undertaken various consultancy roles in plastic surgery at renowned institutions and hospitals worldwide, including the Children’s Hospital in Nairobi, Kenya, Flying Doctors in Kenya, Kabanga Hospital in Tanzania, Kolandoto’s Leprosary Hospital in Tanzania, Chepen’s Hospital in Peru, Nagercoil University in India, and University of Nairobi, Kenya and the IMCAS academy.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Beut has been actively involved in establishing foundations and organizations to promote medical research and education. He founded the AMREF Spain office (African Medical Research Educational Foundation) in 1996 and is the Founder and President of Cirujanos Plastikos Mundi (CPM) since 2000.

His outstanding contributions and expertise have been recognized with several prestigious awards and certificates of appreciation. He was awarded the Gran Croce al Merito per la Sanitá by the Academia Internazionale per le Scienze Economiche e Sociale in Italy in 1992. He received a certificate for his professional services rendered at Kenyatta National Hospital for Reconstructive Surgery for the Nairobi Bomb Blast Survivors in 1999. Dr. Beut has also been acknowledged for his generous contributions and cooperation in various workshops, masterclasses and courses, including the “First Indian International Cleft Surgery Workshop” in 2003 and the Annual Amref East Africa Cleft Surgery Course in Ethiopia in 2004. He received a Certificate of Special Recognition for Community Service and Volunteerism from the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) in 2005.

Dr. Beut has participated in numerous collaborative projects, workshops, and research studies throughout his career. He has collaborated with renowned professionals and organizations, such as Dr. Mariano Rosselló’s Urologist team, Elaj Medical Services Co. Ltd in Saudi Arabia, MIRROR, and NextTech companies. His research work has been published in distinguished journals, including publications on various topics related to plastic surgery, such as flaps and African patients’ surgery, brachial plexus lesions, auxiliary nerve injuries, and penile surgery. Dr. Beut has also authored books, including “Jambo Daktari: Surgeons Experiences in Africa,” “Cleft Lip & Palate Manual,” and “Periocular Reconstruction Manual.”

He co-authored the publication on male genital surgery”Aportaciones a la técnica quirúrgica del alargamiento del pene” presented at the XI Congreso Nacional de Andrología in Murcia in 2003, along with Dr. Rosselló.

In 2005, he authored the publication “Alargamiento y engrosamiento quirúrgico del pene” presented at the III Encuentro Nacional de Terapeutas Sexuales in La Habana, Cuba.

Dr. Beut is the author of the “Cleft Lip & Palate Manual” published in 2005, which serves as a valuable resource in the field.

In collaboration with Dr. Glenn Jelks, he co-authored the “Periocular Reconstruction Manual” in 2006, contributing to the knowledge and understanding of this specialized area of plastic surgery.

Along with a team of co-authors including Surek C, Stephens R, Jelks G, and Lamb J, he published the article “Pertinent Anatomy & Analysis for Midface Volumizing Procedures” in the journal Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery on August 13, 2014. This publication provides valuable insights into the anatomical considerations and analysis involved in midface volumizing procedures.

In 2013, Melania Battistella obtained her degree in medicine and surgery from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata.” Her thesis focused on the debunking of the myth surrounding autism and vaccines.

Dr. Melania Battistella has held various positions and conducted research in prestigious institutions. Currently, she works as an external consultant and aesthetic medical expert for various medical aesthetic companies like CROMA PHARMA and Asclepion Laser, where she provides her expertise in critical phases of medical affairs and regulatory affairs. She assists with device analysis, risk assessment, management and monitoring, clinical investigations, post-market surveillance, communication with notified bodies, R&D projects, and marketing support. She is currently supporting medical aesthetic companies acquisition for conducting the risk assessment.

In addition to her consultancy work, Melania Battistella serves as a professor at the University “La Sapienza” in Rome and University of Chieti, teaching in the Master of Aesthetic and Regenerative Medicine program. Her role involves educating students about the requirements of CE certification and its impact on the market, physicians, and patients. She also provides hands-on training on various injectables, lifting threads and energy-based devices, including lasers for epilation, carboxytherapy, HIFU, ultrasounds, radiofrequency, ultrasonography, cryotherapy, and IPL.
Melania Battistella has a thriving private practice as an aesthetic physician, where she offers a wide range of aesthetic procedures. Wendy Lewis is a well-respected figure in the field of medical aesthetics.
A Barnard graduate, she founded her Global Aesthetics Consultancy, Wendy Lewis & Co Ltd, in 1997 after managing surgical practices in New York City. Her diverse experience gives her a 360-degree view of the doctor/patient experience as well as the trends and innovations in medical aesthetics.  

An internationally known speaker and moderator at many conferences in the US, EU, Latin America and Asia, she is also a prolific contributor to numerous journals in the field, including PRIME, Modern Aesthetics, Practical Dermatology, PFMA Journal, Aesthetic Surgery News and others. An award-winning writer, Lewis is the author of two editions of the popular medical textbook, ‘Aesthetic Clinic Marketing in the Digital Age’, (Taylor & Francis), and her next textbook, ‘Strategies for Marketing an Aesthetic Surgery Practice; A global perspective,’ (Thieme) is coming out in 2024.

Dr. Shelkovitz’s involvement in the field extended to the realm of scientific literature. He served as a scientific editor for a book on aesthetic dermatology and authored chapters in various books and journals related to aesthetic dermatology and dermatologic surgery. In 2007, he co-edited the Israeli Medical Encyclopedia and contributed articles on dermatologic surgery. Dr. Shelkovitz also played a role in global medical events, serving as a VIP faculty member and scientific committee member of the IMCAS and EUROMEDICOM meetings worldwide.

Throughout the years, he has been an active speaker, delivering annual lectures at 4-5 local and international scientific conventions, focusing on diverse medical aesthetic topics. Dr. Shelkovitz served as the President of the Israeli Society for Dermatologic Surgery from 2001 to 2004 and was a board member of the Israeli Dermatological Society from 2010 to 2013.

Starting in 2014, he became a board member of IMCAS Alert, a prominent forum where physicians from around the world could seek expert advice on complications arising from aesthetic procedures. From 2014 to 2018, Dr. Shelkovitz owned (and served as the medical director) the National Institute for Aesthetic Medicine, a leading institution training over 200 physicians from various medical backgrounds in aesthetic medicine.

Since 2013, Dr. Shelkovitz has been at the forefront of autologous hair restoration treatments in Israel, employing various techniques such as Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF), Progenitor cells treatments, Bone Marrow Aspiration Concentrate (BMAC) treatments, PRP filler, and Home PRP.
