Dr Beilin was student of Dr. Pistor, pioneering founder of Mesotherapy technique and International Trainer.

As a professor, Dr. Beilin has taught in prestigious institutions including Hospital Cochin, Paris V (Evaluation and control of volume and injection techniques in dermatology and plastic surgery), Saint Antoine (Hand Surgery), and Paris VI (hair and head scalp).
Dr Beilin is co-founder of the first Dissection E-Masterclass on Anatomy at the Paris Faculty of Medicine where she teaches undergraduate medical student doctors on cadaver dissection and training sessions for Masterclasses.

Dr Beilin is Vice-President of the French Medical Aesthetics Trade Association SNME (Syndicat National de Médecine Esthétique). She also was President of ESAAM (European Society of Anti Aging and regenerative Medecine ) until 2021 and is Honorary Board Member since 2022.

Dr. Javier Beut

Dr. Javier Beut is an acclaimed plastic surgeon with an unparalleled wealth of experience and expertise.

Dr. Javier Beut Biography

He completed his primary studies at Liceo Frances of Barcelona and pursued his medical education at Central University of Barcelona, graduating in 1987. Throughout his studies, he worked as a surgeon assistant on a Maxillo Facial team, gaining valuable practical experience.
Dr. Beut undertook specialty studies in Plastic Reconstructive Surgery with a first focus on Hand reconstruction at the Department chaired by Prof. Morelli in Italy from 1987 to 1992. This further honed his skills and knowledge in this highly demanding precision medicine field.

His commitment to continuous learning led him to pursue various graduate training opportunities around the world. He attended the University BRNO under the guidance of Prof. Barinka in 1989. From 1993 to 1995, he trained at the University of Dallas South Western, working with its Vice-Chairman Prof. Steve Byrd. In 1998, he pursued training at the University of Irvine, California with Prof. David Furnas. Additionally, he collaborated with Prof. Glenn Jelks at the University of New York and Manhattan Ear Throat Hospital from 1993 to 2007.

Dr. Beut has also made significant contributions as a visiting professor, sharing his expertise and knowledge with students and medical professionals. He served as a visiting professor at the University Palma de Mallorca in 1998, teaching within a Cosmetic and Surgical University Master. Since 1989, he has been a consultant and teacher at the Wamba Hospital in Kenya for a month or more per year. He has also been associated with Stanford University, California since 2008, where he is involved in the “Surg102 International Health Opportunities” and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Department. Dr. Beut has undertaken various consultancy roles in plastic surgery at renowned institutions and hospitals worldwide, including the Children’s Hospital in Nairobi, Kenya, Flying Doctors in Kenya, Kabanga Hospital in Tanzania, Kolandoto’s Leprosary Hospital in Tanzania, Chepen’s Hospital in Peru, Nagercoil University in India, and University of Nairobi, Kenya and the IMCAS academy.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Beut has been actively involved in establishing foundations and organizations to promote medical research and education. He founded the AMREF Spain office (African Medical Research Educational Foundation) in 1996 and is the Founder and President of Cirujanos Plastikos Mundi (CPM) since 2000.

His outstanding contributions and expertise have been recognized with several prestigious awards and certificates of appreciation. He was awarded the Gran Croce al Merito per la Sanitá by the Academia Internazionale per le Scienze Economiche e Sociale in Italy in 1992. He received a certificate for his professional services rendered at Kenyatta National Hospital for Reconstructive Surgery for the Nairobi Bomb Blast Survivors in 1999. Dr. Beut has also been acknowledged for his generous contributions and cooperation in various workshops, masterclasses and courses, including the “First Indian International Cleft Surgery Workshop” in 2003 and the Annual Amref East Africa Cleft Surgery Course in Ethiopia in 2004. He received a Certificate of Special Recognition for Community Service and Volunteerism from the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS) in 2005.

He co-authored the publication on male genital surgery”Aportaciones a la técnica quirúrgica del alargamiento del pene” presented at the XI Congreso Nacional de Andrología in Murcia in 2003, along with Dr. Rosselló.

In 2005, he authored the publication “Alargamiento y engrosamiento quirúrgico del pene” presented at the III Encuentro Nacional de Terapeutas Sexuales in La Habana, Cuba.

Dr. Beut is the author of the “Cleft Lip & Palate Manual” published in 2005, which serves as a valuable resource in the field.

Currently, she works as an external consultant and aesthetic medical expert for various medical aesthetic companies like CROMA PHARMA and Asclepion Laser, where she provides her expertise in critical phases of medical affairs and regulatory affairs. Dr. Tzachi Shelkovitz

Dr. Tzachi Shelkovitz pursued his medical education at the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University in Israel from 1976 to 1982. He then completed a residency in Dermatology at the Chaim Sheba Medical Center in Israel from 1987 to 1992. In 1991, Dr. Shelkovitz undertook a fellowship in aesthetic dermatology at the University of San Francisco, California, alongside clinical research work in private well-known Dermo-aesthetic clinical institutions.

Dr. Tzachi Shelkovitz biography

Dr. Shelkovitz’s involvement in the field extended to the realm of scientific literature. He served as a scientific editor for a book on aesthetic dermatology and authored chapters in various books and journals related to aesthetic dermatology and dermatologic surgery. In 2007, he co-edited the Israeli Medical Encyclopedia and contributed articles on dermatologic surgery. Dr. Shelkovitz also played a role in global medical events, serving as a VIP faculty member and scientific committee member of the IMCAS and EUROMEDICOM meetings worldwide.

Throughout the years, he has been an active speaker, delivering annual lectures at 4-5 local and international scientific conventions, focusing on diverse medical aesthetic topics. Dr. Shelkovitz served as the President of the Israeli Society for Dermatologic Surgery from 2001 to 2004 and was a board member of the Israeli Dermatological Society from 2010 to 2013.
