Exclusively Advised Nicox SA on their acquisition of French Ophthalmology Pharma, OTC and Food Supplements Player Laboratoires Doliage SA in Suresnes (Paris). The transaction included a series of agreements such as an SPA, a Service Level Agreement with the ex-CEO of Doliage and a Licensing Agreement with the new company spun-off from Doliage as a condition to closing of the acquisition.
