Mr. Florian PUCHLY will step down from his role as Chief Executive Officer of Windome Banking Partners effective December 16, 2025. This change comes as a mutual agreement with the company. WINDOME BANKING PARTNERS extends its best wishes for success to him in the continuation of his professional journey. The governance and strategic positioning of WINDOME BANKING PARTNERS remain unchanged at this stage. Mr. Jean-Yves Coste continues to serve as Chairman and to lead the company.
About Mr. Florian PUCHLY
Mr. PUCHLY holds a scientific background in medicinal biochemistry and pharmaceutical research, obtained at ENSCM. In 2014, he joined the Healthcare practice of Michel Dyens & Co, led by Jean-Yves Coste, where he became a recognized expert in dermatology, medical aesthetics, and dermocosmetics, contributing to several major international transactions. He developed a cross-disciplinary vision combining medical innovation, aesthetic technologies, devices, injectables, and mergers & acquisitions advisory, with specific expertise in the fields of longevity and wellness. Mr. PUCHLY co-founded WINDOME with Jean-Yves Coste in May 2023.
