There are a number of ongoing projects that will enable an Investment Banking Professional to work on a very comprehensive range of healthcare topics while applying their banking expertise in this multifaceted, dynamic and quickly consolidating sector.
We are primarily interested in candidates ideally matching some of the following criteria:
Expertise or Interest in the Healthcare Sector
- Knowledge in and/or affinity for the Healthcare sector generally speaking (Pharma, Biotech, Medtech, Medical Aesthetics and Dermocosmetics, Vaccines, OTC, Vitamins, Nutritionals, Nutraceuticals, Diagnostics, Services incl. Clinics, etc.)
Financial, IT and Database Analytical Capabilities
- Good understanding of the main European accounting and tax guidelines as well as US GAAP
- Trained financial modeling skills (experienced in valuation techniques with DCF, Merger Models and LBO methodologies)
- Excellent command of MS Office software apps (Excel, PPT, Word), especially Excel-based analyses and databases sorting, filtering, summarizing and transforming into client-presentable graphs (S&P – Capital IQ, MergerMarket, Thomson Reuters)
- Excellent attention to details
Professional experience
- Preference for profiles with Emerging Market (China, India, Brazil, Russia or MENA) and English Speaking work experience, Previous exposure to healthcare and or Investment Banking preferred, Consultancy or Auditing Background suitable if focused on Healthcare-related customers
Languages
- Fluent in English and French and if possible Chinese, Arabic, Spanish or German.
