Exclusively advised Bloomage Biotech Inc, a Hong Kong Stock Exchange-listed biotechnology company, which holds subsidiaries in manufacturing and sells bio-chemical products with ca. sales of US$ 90m in 2014 in their acquisition of a 33.4 % stake of Laboratoires Vivacy SAS, the makers of the derma-filler Stylage® based on monophasic interpenetrated network cross-linked HA, nanoliposomal dermocosmetics such as “Vivasôme” as well as Skincare creams and serums such as Skinpro to complement BioHyalux® and the vulvovaginal rejuvenation device “Desirial” along with the entry of both partners into a long-term shareholders’ agreement and an exclusive distribution agreement for the Asian-Pacific region.
