Exclusively advised the Shareholders and Management of Russian Company Ekomir Ltd , a specialty food supplement company, with leading positions on ophthalmology and women’s health in the divestiture to Valeant (now “Bausch Health”). It also covers men’s health, anti-inflammatories and multivitamin categories. This divestiture represented an opportunity to interact intensely with the European and US/Canadian Senior Management of Valeant, one of the most acquisitive specialty pharma companies (€ 50m Upfront Enterprise value).
