WINDOME BANKING PARTNERS announces the appointment of Sébastien Truong, effective January 5, 2026, as Chairman (Chief Executive Officer) of the “WINDOME REAL ESTATE” Business Unit.
This Business Unit is dedicated to advisory, investment, and support activities in Commercial Real Estate, with a particular focus on Healthcare-related assets. It represents a strategic and autonomous pillar of the Group, distinct from the Corporate Finance division, while developing strong synergies with advisory services in mergers and acquisitions and capital raises within the healthcare sector.
As part of this continued momentum, Sébastien Truong was also promoted on January 26, 2026, to the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Group’s main entity, WINDOME BANKING PARTNERS SAS.
These appointments reflect WINDOME BANKING PARTNERS’ commitment to strengthening its strategic positioning in healthcare real estate, while further integrating its financial and real estate expertise to better serve its clients.
An outstanding academic background and multidisciplinary expertise
Sébastien Truong can take advantage of an outstanding academic background built at the intersection of business law, strategic management, and complex asset engineering. He holds a Master’s Degree (Master 2) in Real Estate and Construction Law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, which provided him with in-depth expertise in the legal, financial, contractual, and regulatory frameworks applicable to financial transactions and the structuring of complex, multi-party investment vehicles.
He also graduated with a Master in Real Estate Management (MMI) from ESSEC Business School, a leading program that trains top executives and investors in capital allocation, the structuring of sophisticated transactions, and long-term value creation. He further strengthened this foundation with an Executive Master in Sustainable Real Estate and Building – Energy and Digital Transitions from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, consolidating his expertise in the renewable energy and digital transition dynamics, financial engineering, and sustainable value creation.

Sébastien Truong has extensive experience in financial services, combining leadership, structuring, and the pragmatic implementation of strategy for high-potential young companies with management and leadership responsibilities within major international groups.
